Making A Reservation
Make a reservation for your cat by stopping by our office or calling 704-948-8917 to schedule treatment. Placement is on a first come first served basis. A deposit is required at the time reservations are made. This deposit is refundable only up to seven days prior to the scheduled treatment day. The balance of the treatment fee is due at admission.

The cost for treatment does not include treating of external parasites such as fleas, or any laboratory testing not completed prior to admission. The rate for hospitalization in our facility beyond the Wednesday discharge date is $75 per night.

Required Information
It’s important to talk to your own veterinarian to determine if your cat is a candidate for treatment at T-4 Paws. We are only able to assist cats that are medically stable. To determine this, your veterinarian may suggest additional tests such as ECGs, cardiac ultrasound and radiographic imaging. For some cats, these tests will aid your doctor’s ongoing medical management and determine if your cat is a good candidate for the required two night stay in our nuclear medicine facility.

Vaccination History
All cats must have a current rabies vaccine and have received at least three feline distemper vaccines prior to eight years of age.

Physical Exam Form
A physical exam must be completed by your veterinarian. This form, along with required lab results should be mailed to our office or faxed to 704-948-6361.

Lab Tests
- Complete blood count (performed within 90 days of admission)
- Serum chemistry panel with T-4 levels (performed within 90 days of admission)
 - Urinalysis (performed within 30 days of admission)
